1. Introduction
Welcome to Waahtaar! By engaging in our services, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions, which outline the rights and responsibilities of both Waahtaar and our clients.

2. Services Provided
Waahtaar specializes in creating customized water bottle labels designed for advertising and branding purposes. Advertisements placed on the labels are arranged through our ad sponsorship program.

3. Ad Content and Approval
All advertising content submitted for labels must comply with Waahtaar's content standards. We reserve the right to review, approve, or reject content that does not meet our guidelines or is deemed inappropriate or offensive. Clients are responsible for ensuring their ads align with local advertising laws and regulations.

4. Design and Customization
Our design team will work with clients to create customized labels that meet brand and promotional needs. Final designs require client approval. Any modifications after final approval may incur additional charges.

5. Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon amount before the final production of the labels. Waahtaar accepts payments via bank transfer or other specified methods. Invoices must be cleared within the specified period to avoid delays in production and delivery.

6. Sponsorship Agreements
Sponsorship opportunities are available for specific campaigns and events. Clients sponsoring labels agree to the terms of exposure, including the agreed number of labels and distribution plan. Sponsorship costs and details are subject to individual contracts.

7. Label Distribution
Waahtaar is responsible for producing and distributing the agreed number of labeled water bottles to specified locations. Clients should provide accurate delivery information for smooth operations. Any changes in distribution must be communicated in advance.

8. Refunds and Cancellations
Once production has begun, cancellations are subject to Waahtaar's refund policy, which allows partial refunds based on the stage of production. No refunds are provided once the distribution of labeled bottles has commenced.

9. Liability
Waahtaar is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the labels, including any indirect or incidental damages. Clients assume full responsibility for the impact and reception of their advertising content.

10. Confidentiality
Waahtaar respects client privacy and will keep all sensitive information confidential. Any data shared for advertising purposes will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

11. Changes to Terms
Waahtaar reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in accordance with local jurisdiction of Barrddhaman Court West Bengal
